Pakistan Hakoomat Ka Elan: Imran Khan Ki PTI Par Pabandi

Pakistani hukumat ne Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ko ban karne ka irada zahir kiya hai. Yeh party jail mein band sabiq Wazir-e-Azam Imran Khan ki hai. Information Minister Attaullah Tarar ne yeh development bataya aur is faisle ko PTI par lagne wale ilzamat aur doosre charges ki wajah se qarar diya.

Government's Decision to Ban PTI

Pichle din, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar ne kaha ke hukumat ne PTI ko ban karne ka case Supreme Court mein pesh karne ka plan banaya hai. Yeh elaan PTI ke liye aik aham qanooni fatah ke baad aaya hai, jahan Supreme Court ne party ki eligibility ko tasleem kiya tha reserved seats ke liye national aur provincial assemblies mein. Hukumat ka faisla PTI par ilzam lagane wale ilzamat, jaise ke violent protests ko bharkana aur classified information leak karna, par mabni hai.

Tarar ne kaha, “Humne PTI ko ban karne ka faisla saboot dekh kar kiya hai.” Unho ne zor diya ke yeh case Supreme Court mein le jaya jayega aur Imran Khan aur do senior PTI leaders, sabiq President Arif Alvi aur ex-Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Qasim Suri, par ghaddari ke charges lagane ka plan bhi bataya. Iske ilawa, hukumat Supreme Court ke faisle ke khilaf appeal bhi karne ka irada rakhti hai, jo PTI ko women aur religious minorities ke liye reserved seats allot karne ka hukam deta hai.

PTI's Response to the Ban Announcement

Hukumat ke elaan ke jawab mein, senior PTI leader aur spokesperson Sayed Zulfiqar Bukhari ne hukumat par panic mein aane ka ilzam lagaya. “Jab unhe samajh aaya ke wo courts ko influence nahi kar sakte ya judges ko blackmail nahi kar sakte, to unho ne yeh faisla cabinet ke zariye karne ka socha,” Bukhari ne Al Jazeera ko bataya. Unho ne mazeed kaha ke hukumat ke tamam koshishon ko courts ne illegal qarar diya hai.

Supreme Court's Recent Rulings

Pichle hafte, Supreme Court ne PTI ko aik legitimate political party tasleem kiya, aur kaha ke election symbol na hone se unki candidates field karne ki haqooq par koi asar nahi parta. Yeh faisla PTI ko parliamentary elections mein unke cricket bat symbol ke sath contest karne se roknay ke baad aaya tha, jo unke candidates ko independents ke taur par contest karna pada. Iss setback ke bawajood, PTI-backed candidates ne sabse bara parliamentary bloc banaya, 93 seats hasil karke.

Political Implications and Coalition Government

Imran Khan ke apne siyasi dushmanon ke sath alliance karne se inkar ne Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) aur Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) ko choti parties ke sath mil kar aik coalition government banane par majboor kiya. Ex-Governor Sindh, Zubair, jo pehle PMLN ke sath thay, ne hukumat ke faisle ko Supreme Court ke verdict ke jawab mein kaha aur siyasi afra tafri ka khatra zahir kiya. “Woh log sabse bara voters ka haq cheen rahe hain, jo PTI ko vote diye the,” Report.

Imran Khan's Legal Challenges

Imran Khan, jo August 2018 mein Wazir-e-Azam bane, April 2022 mein aik parliamentary vote of no-confidence ke baad office se hata diye gaye. Tab se, wo kai qanooni challenges ka samna kar rahe hain, jin mein aik classified cable ko galat handle karne aur leak karne ke ilzamat bhi hain, jo Pakistan ke tabke ambassador ne America mein 2022 mein bheji thi. Khan ne in ilzamat ko baar baar rad kiya, aur kaha ke yeh document unke siyasi dushmanon aur mulk ki military ne mil kar America ke sath mil kar sazish rachi thi. Washington aur Pakistani army ne in ilzamat ko rad kar diya.

Kai recent court decisions ke bawajood, Imran Khan pichle saal August se jail mein hain, aur unki party hukumat ke PTI ko ban karne ke irade se deal kar rahi hai. Pakistan ka siyasi manzar kafi tens hai, aur PTI par potential ban se yeh turmoil aur bhi intense ho sakta hai.
